CYCLING
A guided indoor cycling experience that uses upbeat music to achieve ridiculous results. This class is perfect for fitness enthusiasts, recreational cyclists or serious racers. All levels are welcome. Our bikes support SPD and Delta clip cycling shoes or have cages for normal sneakers. Cycling shoes are not provided.
BOXING
Train like a champion. This class takes you through a series of boxing drills and moves for a total-body strengthening and conditioning experience. Alternating between speed and power – get ready to feel the burn, from your heart and lungs, to your shoulders and legs! Please bring your own wraps and gloves.
HIIT
A fast paced, high intensity workout like you’ve never experience before. This bodyweight and equipment based class relies on a variety of interval work-to-rest ratios. No two sessions are the same. Prepare to be pushed – getting fitter, faster, and stronger.
TURF & TREAD
Get ready to grind in our combination cardio and strength workout. A fast paced workout split between intense cardio based intervals on the treadmill and strength based training on the turf. You’ll leave this high intensity workout with not only a great calorie burn, but with a buzz ready to come back for more.
YOGA
Vinyasa flow yoga is focused on the seamless movement between postures, coordinated with and guided by deliberate breath. During this class you will find strength, freedom and tranquility in the body and mind. Please bring your own mat.
KETTLEBELL
A high-intensity style workout that combines functional, compound, and bodyweight exercises. Learn how to snatch, swing, and clean, while mastering Kettlebells and working multiple muscle groups.
Pilates & Barre Fusion
This intense total body workout combines Pilates-based toning and ballet-inspired cardio to target smaller muscle groups, lengthen your body and maximize your fat burning potential. This class covers fundamentals of Pilates and classical ballet incorporated with elements of dance, yoga, and strength training. Using high-repitition bodyweight exercises to encourage balance, correct spinal alignment, neutral pelvic placement, and abdominal awareness.
CARDIO DANCE
Imagine yourself at the club – your favorite song comes on – you run to the floor and just dance like no one can see you. That’s this class! Learn easy-to-follow choreography while getting your heart rate up. Dance, Sweat, and Have some Fun.
